El Al cancellation policy allows paid cancellations. 

 

Cancellation 24 hours before check-in

  • The fare portion of the fare is fully refundable and a fee of 2,300 rubles per passenger per flight segment is charged.
                   

 

Cancellation within 24 hours before the end of the stay

  • 25% of the fare will be deducted from the passenger, and any expenses incurred by the airline because of the execution of the passenger's air carriage agreement, as well as the payment of 2,300 rubles per passenger per segment, shall be withheld.

Dates, flight times, and/or routes may be changed for an additional fee no later than 48 hours before departure time according to the schedule through the EL AL refund policy  call center or website. If the new fare is higher than the original ticket price, the difference shall be paid in full by the passenger.

El Airlines Business Class allows name changes. You can change the passenger's name no later than 4 hours before departure time. The name change is done on the www. El Al Airlines.com website or through the airline's call center and at the airport ticket office no less than 40 minutes before departure according to the schedule. The fee for changing the passenger's name in the reservation is RUB 5,000 for 1 passenger. If the new fare is higher than the original ticket price, you must also pay the difference in fare. 

EL AL flights are completely non-refundable. No refunds or vouchers will be given for canceled or unused tickets under any circumstances after confirmation of the booking, except in the event of death or hospitalization and compliance with the relevant documentation. Even though EL AL Airlines official website flights are non-refundable, you can still change the name of your flight and sell it to someone else! That way, you can still get your refund, not from the airline. 

 

 

Change my EL AL reservation

EL AL allows date, time, and destination changes. Please note that there is an administration fee for each reservation modification. This fee does not include applicable fare changes. If the original fare is sold out, the next highest fare will be charged and the difference in fare will be added to the total cost. El Al Airlines Plus and El Al cancellation policy Flex members do not incur any administrative fees for changing dates or flight details.

 

Changes via El Al Airlines website or the mobile app:

  • R290 per change of date, route, or time - equivalent to approximately £17
               

Changes made through the call center or customer service counter at the airport:

  • R390 per change of date, route, or time - equivalent to approximately £23
               

 

Change the name on my EL AL reservation

But there is a fee. This fee does not include applicable fare changes. El Al Airlines Plus and El AL reservations Flex members do not incur any administration fee for name changes.

  • R270 per name change - equivalent to around £16
               

Changes made through the call center or customer service counter at the airport:

  • R350 per name change - equivalent to around £20
